Pre-scheduled appointments that are cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will not be charged a fee. Pre-scheduled appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged a 30% fee of estimated service total. Failing to appear for a pre-scheduled appointment will incur the same 30% fee for the first offense. The second offense will incur a fee of 100% of estimated service total.
