Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Scheduling Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be charged 50% of the service total. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.
First-Time Client Deposit
A $30 deposit is required for all first-time clients at the time of booking and will be applied to your first appointment.
Failure to show for your first appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. If you wish to reschedule after a no-show, a new $30 deposit will be required prior to rebooking.
By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.
Package Services
The only package service I have currently available is GOIN’ STEADY. This is a package of four shampoo/blowouts that gives you four tickets that are to be redeemed within a six week period. After that six week period, blowout tickets may be void, pending my decision.
ALL SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
ALL CORRECTIONS/CHANGES TO A SERVICE MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE SERVICE DATE. I’m more than happy to adjust your hair within a week of your appointment if there’s something you don’t love about where we end up! It happens and I wholeheartedly understand. If you request a change after that one week period though, you will be asked to pay for whatever services you need to get you to wherever you’d like to be.
